Launch Delay and Rework

This project initially launched in early/mid July, but sat as a draft until now. Originally I delayed it to add some more QOL features like 

• being able to copy brushes into groups
• better GUI
• adding an 'overwrite' button instead of changing files in real time
• giving users the ability to create their own brush list directories to import from
• the ability to import FireAlpaca brushes

All of these were implemented by mid July except for the last, which only works partially. FireAlpaca has more advanced brushes than Medibang with a 'texture' behavior that doesn't seem to have any analog in Medibang. Thus FA brushes with a 'texture' will not be work properly once imported to Medibang. Users can open the brush compare and check for any mention of 'tex' to see if a FA brush has a 'texture'.

Anyways- when I was using FA I learned that they offer pretty much all of their brushes for free! Not only do they have more advanced brushes, and more brushes, but they even release new brushes every week! At that point I lost the motivation to continue working on this project or to even release it. Though after some time I figured this project may as well exist and that someone could find it to be useful.
